Developments

ISPMS SB RAS carries out the world-class fundamental research in close connection with the development of technologies for new materials and advanced digital technologies for aerospace industry, mechanical engineering, transport, nuclear energy, high-tech medicine, oil and gas industry.

The strategic objective is to ensure the academic leadership of ISPMS SB RAS in these areas and to enhance partnership with leading scientific institutes and universities in Russia and around the world to effectively solve scientific and technological problems that can only be solved by interdisciplinary teams of researchers.

The research and development results derived at ISPMS make a significant contribution to the technological independence and global competitiveness of the key industries of the Russian Federation.

ISPMS SB RAS has successful developments. Their manufacturing application was assisted by leading industrial enterprises, including RSC Energia, Progress Space Rocket Center, Academician M.F.Reshetnev Information Satellite Systems Company, branch of the Sukhoi Company of the Sukhoi Design Bureau, UEC-Aviadvigatel, Severstal, Power Machines, Sespel Cheboksary Enterprise, Novosibirsk Aircraft Plant named after Chkalov, NEVZ-Ceramics, Federal Research and Production Center "Altai", Chepetsky Mechanical Plant, etc.
