The symposium will be held on October 15 - 17, 2024

SYMPOSIUM TOPICS
Section 1. Structure and chemistry of coal:
- modern ideas about the structure and properties of coals;
- mineral composition and organic components of coal;
- coal enrichment.
Section 2. Deep processing of coal, environmental problems of Kuzbass:
- gasification of coal;
- liquefaction of coal;
- hydrogen energy, utilization of coal mine methane, hydrogen production;
- production of synthetic liquid fuels and monomers;
- coke chemistry, coal tar, pitches;
- production of adsorbents, humic preparations.
- safety of coal mining and coal processing;
- monitoring of the environmental situation and reclamation of disturbed lands;
Section 3. Carbon nanomaterials and systems based on them:
- synthesis and physicochemical studies of carbon nanomaterials;
- use of carbon nanomaterials;
- nanocomposite materials;
Section 4. Medicine and human ecology of coal-mining regions.

June 1, 2024 Closing date for accepting applications for participation and accepting abstracts;
July 1, 2024 Completion of accepting articles at HIUR;
September 1, 2024 Acceptance of payment of the registration fee.
